Sean has over 15 years of industry experience and over $1.5 billion of financing transactions closed on commercial real estate nationwide. Prior to joining the firm, Sean was director of originations at a fund specializing in commercial real estate bridge loans nationwide. Prior to that, Sean launched the commercial real estate bridge lending division for Stabilis Capital Management a multibillion-dollar credit fund. Sean began his career and received formal credit training at Grand Bank, NA, a community bank based in Hamilton, NJ. Sean graduated Cum Laude from Saint Joseph’s University with a BA in Finance.
